Gaurav Anand serves as Strategic Advisor to SGS Equity Partners, providing guidance on growth strategy, business transformation, technology enablement, and value creation initiatives across the platform.

A two-time founder with a builder’s mindset, Gaurav is recognized for developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges and helping organizations navigate periods of growth, transformation, and change. His experience spans strategy, operations, financial services, technology, and entrepreneurship, bringing a unique perspective to founder-led businesses seeking to scale while preserving what makes them successful.

Prior to SGS Equity Partners, Gaurav founded and led Namaste Credit, a full-stack AI-enabled platform focused on transforming the small business lending ecosystem across India and the United States. Under his leadership, the platform expanded access to capital, improved transparency, strengthened underwriting processes, reduced fraud risk, and streamlined customer onboarding through digitization, ultimately supporting more than one million small businesses.

Gaurav advises SGS Equity Partners on strategic growth opportunities, operational scalability, technology innovation, and long-term value creation. His combination of entrepreneurial experience, strategic leadership, and operating expertise helps portfolio companies navigate complexity while building more durable and scalable businesses.

Gaurav holds an MBA with distinction and is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
